Being able to give my clients an explanation on what the problem is and what caused it. Then, proving them with options to solve the issue with no fuss. Afterwards, feeling accomplished by giving my client a peace of mind and future advice.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to support the community with the skills that I have achieved, with a fast and flexible service without the added cost to customers that large companies have to charge.

Yes, sometimes I can save people time and money by talking through what they can do, without the need for me to travel out to them instead. If I can sort your problem for you over the phone then happy days, it's no charge for my time and you have picked up new skills/experience for free.
